Job Summary

TalentSphere is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Development Officer - Executive Director Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our real estate development projects, including project delivery, financial management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of our real estate development projects from acquisition through to construction completion.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage project budgets, cash flows, and proformas to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals to achieve our business objectives.
  • Business Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of our business strategy, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in senior management and leadership roles in real estate development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
