Position Title: Chief Technology Officer

Position Overview:

The Chief Technology Officer at Semios plays a pivotal role in shaping the technology vision that aligns with our corporate strategy. This position encompasses the management of technology infrastructure, software development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. The successful candidate will establish enterprise architecture and technology standards, mentor a skilled team, track KPIs for ongoing enhancement, oversee the technology budget, and propose new technological solutions. Furthermore, they will manage enterprise applications and systems, synchronize application roadmaps, design cloud solutions, and set software development standards. Collaboration with stakeholders to create analytics platforms, manage data infrastructure, and uphold cybersecurity protocols will also be essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
  • Over 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing global technology operations
  • Familiarity with Apple, Microsoft, Android, and Linux operating systems
  • Expertise in enterprise data management and information security
  • Experience with cloud-native technology and cybersecurity practices
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities

Compensation: $153,000 to $180,000 annually
