Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kesar Sweets and Restaurant Inc. as a Restaurant Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Develop and implement menu items, ensuring that they meet the high standards of quality and presentation expected by our customers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to train and develop staff members.
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols and procedures.
