We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

About the Role

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team, overseeing menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong passion for cooking, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest quality standards
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
