Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Support Liaison to join our team at 5 Star Plumbing & Heating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Tight deadlines require strong time management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Overtime may be required to meet business demands.
Personal Suitability:
  • An ideal candidate will possess excellent team player skills, a client-focused approach, and effective time management.

The successful candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in administration. The working hours are estimated to be between 32 to 40 hours per week, and the language of work is English.

Estimated Salary:

Ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on location and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards for this position and reflects the value we place on finding the right candidate to join our team.
