Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with clients, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to senior team members when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including correspondence, meetings, and issue resolutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
