Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team through effective communication, organization, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality administrative support to the Gabriel Dumont Institute through effective communication, organization, and technical skill.
  • Assist with special projects, office coverage, representation of GDI at provincial events, organizing resources, general office duties, and travel throughout the province as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Employment Services Manager.

Requirements:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be youth aged 15 – 30.
  • The ideal candidate would be Métis and possess excellent public communication skills.
  • Good report writing skills and general computer skills are required.
