The Gabriel Dumont Institute invites applications for a Summer Youth Assistant position at their Meadow Lake office in Saskatchewan.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team through effective communication, organization, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality administrative support to the Gabriel Dumont Institute through effective communication, organization, and technical skill.
- Assist with special projects, office coverage, representation of GDI at provincial events, organizing resources, general office duties, and travel throughout the province as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Employment Services Manager.
Requirements:
- To be eligible, applicants must be youth aged 15 – 30.
- The ideal candidate would be Métis and possess excellent public communication skills.
- Good report writing skills and general computer skills are required.
