In this critical position, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment within our short-term residential setting.

The successful candidate will work with vulnerable populations, providing general well-being support and promoting cultural sensitivity. Direct supervision from the Project Coordinator or designate is provided, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and guidelines.

We are seeking an individual who can effectively engage with clients exhibiting high-risk behaviors, including those without permanent residences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide day-to-day support to residents at the STC White Buffalo Youth Lodge (WBYL) Saweyihtotan Transitional House.
  2. Maintain a safe and accessible environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  3. Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
