We are offering a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineering Specialist to join our team in North America. This role will be based in Canada and is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in systems engineering, particularly in the automotive, aerospace, medical, or nuclear sectors.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) and QMS (Quality Management System), with excellent knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 21434 and IEC 62443. Additionally, they will possess experience in developing cybersecurity frameworks and management systems, as well as providing coaching and training services to teams on cybersecurity best practices.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities
  • Developing cybersecurity frameworks and management systems for clients.
  • Providing coaching and training services to teams on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Conducting gap analysis and reviews of processes, tools, and methods to ensure compliance with QMS and ASPICE requirements.
  • Preparing risk analyses for complex systems, hardware, and software.
  • Participating in technical discussions and business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, medical, or nuclear sectors.
  • Excellent knowledge of ASPICE and QMS, with experience in developing cybersecurity frameworks and management systems.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 21434 and IEC 62443.
  • Curiosity, autonomy, pro-activity, and ability to find innovative solutions and compromises.
Assets
  • Knowledge of security tools such as ANSYS Medini and Itemis.
  • Experience in Functional Safety and its respective standards such as ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.
  • Knowledge of project management and productivity tools such as MS Office and Jira.
