Key Responsibilities
- Verify contractors' labor hours, material, and equipment costs against timesheets and vendor contract details.
- Enter labor hours, material, and equipment costs for non-vendor contractors into Excel for upload into the Forecaster program.
- Identify and communicate timesheet-related issues with vendor timekeepers or Shell field leads.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy due to the critical nature of transaction control.
- Possess advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of accounting principles, particularly in accruals and reconciliations.
- Experience with SAP and Adobe Pro is preferred.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role that requires a suitable home office setup. The candidate must have the ability to autonomously manage responsibilities with periodic guidance on project scope and prioritization.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of technical support systems within scope and their business interfaces to implement system changes and processes.
