Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead powertrain electrical root cause analysis and determination of issues during all pilot phases.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to electrical issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and improve overall vehicle quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical systems and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve vehicle performance and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive electrical systems and component development.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical root cause tools, including CDA, CAN, CANalizer, and Canoe.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
