Electrical Systems Integration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Design and Release Engineer to join our team supporting clients in the automotive industry.
This hybrid position offers 80% remote work with 20% in-person time. Travel to the USA is required, approximately 1-2 times per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and releasing propulsion system components for electrified powertrain integration
- Collaborating with designers, CAE groups, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust designs
- Scope of responsibility includes product design from concept to launch, component/system packaging, and performance specifications
- Maintaining DFMEA and DVP documents, as well as conducting center of excellence reviews for design robustness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum three years of engineering experience
- Basic understanding of propulsion system calibration and vehicle components
- Knowledge of electric motors and gasoline engine operation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as experience with basic PC software
Possible Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
Benefits: Paid benefits after 90 days, pension eligibility after one full year, and a referral bonus program
