Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with BRP's project management methodology and processes.
- Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Recognized certification in project management (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) is an asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
