  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with BRP's project management methodology and processes.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Recognized certification in project management (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
