Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and product pricing.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
