Food Service Manager

At THAI EXPRESS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet business needs.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet customer demand.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality food and service.
- Develop and maintain efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve business objectives.
- Be dependable and reliable in meeting job responsibilities.
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week. Work language: English. Work term: Permanent.
