Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Aerosports Parks. This is a critical role that will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.
Responsibilities- Train staff in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Prepare and submit reports on various aspects of business operations, including equipment maintenance and employee performance.
- Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and build strong relationships.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications may be beneficial.
