Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Business Operations Manager to lead our administrative team and contribute to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office operations, supervising staff, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate office activities, including administrative tasks, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of services.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a business operations or administrative role.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or a related discipline.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Gurjyot Truck Repair offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment.
