Job Title: Business Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales department, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve their best results.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimal execution of sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
  • Evaluate and recommend new products, services, or initiatives to expand our offerings and stay competitive in the market.
  • Demonstrate expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and budgeting to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of sales training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving sales performance, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
