Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee billing activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in claims input, corrections, and rejections.
  • Support physician onboarding, outreach, and user experience initiatives to ensure seamless interactions with our platform.
  • Maintain smooth office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and new employee setup.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or operational role.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software is an asset.
  • Medical office experience or familiarity with payroll systems, health benefits, and billing processes is highly desirable.
