About The Queens Bar and Grill

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant group seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at The Queens Bar and Grill. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our diverse customer base.
    • Work closely with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory levels.
  • Culinary Operations
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
    • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work collaboratively with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize costs.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Team Development
    • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
