Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Lead to assist in loading and unloading shuttle trucks, organizing freight, and performing daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in loading and unloading shuttle trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Organize and verify freight for local and out-of-town routes.
  • Use company software to print documents required for route loads and delivery.
  • Perform daily housekeeping of the warehouse and yard.
  • Inspect equipment daily to ensure compliance with company safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education or higher.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. without assistance.
  • Ability to work alone and unsupervised regularly.
  • Occasional lifting and maneuvering of 50+ lbs. requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

License: Class 5 Driver's License.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
