About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Coat Systems Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration
    • Develop and implement office procedures and protocols to ensure efficient workflow
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Compose and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Data Entry and Management
    • Enter and maintain accurate data in our database and other systems
    • Perform data analysis and reporting as required
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
