  • Design architecture for Skype for Business integration with MS Teams and other Microsoft 365 products.
  • Collaborate with senior management, technical teams, and vendors for support and escalations.
  • Develop scripts to improve and automate existing Messaging team processes.
  • Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure a service delivery model characterized by cross-training, workload sharing, and collaborative team effort.
  • Effective teamwork and communication with team members, management team, and supported ministries.
  • Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation.
  • Provide cross-training and knowledge transfer to team members.
  • Support Microsoft Exchange and integration with Email List Services.
  • Support other platforms as required.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Participate in projects as a subject matter expert on messaging services.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in messaging systems and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Experience with Skype for Business, MS Intune, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
