Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the deployment of Skype for Business 2015 and ensure seamless integration with MS Teams and other Microsoft 365 products.
  2. Implement and manage the MS Intune mobile device management platform, ensuring efficient transition of devices.
  3. Design and implement architecture for Skype for Business integration with MS Teams and other Microsoft 365 products.
  4. Collaborate with senior management, technical teams, and vendors to provide support and escalate issues when required.
  5. Develop and maintain scripts to improve and automate existing messaging team processes.
  6. Manage and prioritize workload, ensuring effective cross-training, workload sharing, and collaborative team effort.
  7. Provide effective teamwork and communication with team members, management team, and supported ministries.
  8. Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation, including knowledge transfer to team members.
  10. Support Microsoft Exchange and integration with Email List Services.
  11. Support other platforms as required.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation and projects as a subject matter expert on messaging services.
