Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Typhoon Cafe Corp. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that showcase our commitment to excellence.

About the Role:
  • Chef Supervisor Responsibilities:

As an Executive Chef, you will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating meal preparation to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items that align with our brand's vision and values.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in our kitchens.
  • Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborating with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and private functions.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in classical French cuisine and international cooking techniques.
  • Proven track record of success as a senior chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of culinary professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • A valid Food Safety Certificate and willingness to maintain ongoing education and training in food handling and preparation practices.

What We Offer:
