Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced line cook who can prepare delicious meals and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Key responsibilities include:
- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications.
- Plating and Presentation: Ensure food is plated properly and meets presentation standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and alert kitchen management when supplies run low.
To be successful as an Executive Chef - Food Preparation Specialist, you will need:
- Experience in a Similar Role: Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
