**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with store management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven experience in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and guests
