Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at TEMPLE GAS PLUS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment with a focus on excellent customer service and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 1-4 sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and perform data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise inventory management and maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure effective merchandising and stock control.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
