About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Home Child Care Provider at Sukhcharan Singh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including meal preparation and household management.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and other caregivers.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities and outings for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, including their health, safety, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with parents to understand their needs and preferences, and provide regular updates on children's activities and progress.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding child care and safety.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a home-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
