About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Home Child Care Provider at Sukhcharan Singh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and maintain a clean and organized living space.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities, such as games and outings, to promote the children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine, including bath time, dressing, and feeding schedules.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them develop good hygiene habits and social skills.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities, health information, and any notable events.
  • Collaborate with parents to understand their expectations and preferences, and work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for the children.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in childcare or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other team members.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Working Conditions
  • Employer's home setting.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the family.
  • English language proficiency.
