About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Keller Williams Empowered Realty. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid Real Estate Agents and Clients: Provide exceptional support to real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders by ensuring the completion of all escrow documents, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
  • Paperwork Verification: Thoroughly review all paperwork to confirm accuracy and completeness, guaranteeing a seamless closing process.
  • Transaction Management: Save customer information in our CRM system, forward necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities.
  • Offer and Counteroffer Management: Ensure buyer's offers and counteroffers are approved by the seller, facilitating a smooth real estate sales process.
  • Closing Coordination: Schedule moving times and attend all closing-related meetings.
  • Document Management: Input trades into the LoneWolf system and send out for signature using DocuSign.
  • Commission Management: Manage all incoming/outgoing commission payments.
  • Follow-up and Training: Follow up on outstanding items from realtors and/or co-operating brokerage, and train realtors on how to upload their documents to the brokerage for processing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete bank deposits and issue deposit receipts.
  • Filing System Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized filing system.
Requirements
  • Motivation and Customer Service: Demonstrate a strong motivation to serve people and provide excellent customer service.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Possess a real estate license or be currently pursuing one.
  • Education: Hold a high school diploma; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have a background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate great attention to detail.
