Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker at All Needs Special Care Home Inc.

Job Summary

As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include administering medications, assisting with bathing and personal hygiene, and providing companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
