About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at All Needs Special Care Home Inc. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Availability for the advertised start date
  • Legal ability to work in Canada
  • Residency in proximity to the advertised location
  • Previous experience in the field of employment
  • Required certifications
