Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales and achieve key performance targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively advise customers on product recommendations.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Assist in maintaining the sales floor and stock room inventory, ensuring the floor is replenished accordingly.
  • Utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
