We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Chinook Centre as Seasonal Retail Associates. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping us achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as needed.
  • Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
