We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Chinook Centre. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, leveraging your expertise in luxury performance lifestyle brands.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest products and trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Support the maintenance of a seamless customer journey, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
