About the Role

SRA Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers and business analysts to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Development and Configuration: Develop and configure Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Lightning, APEX, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Project Management: Work with the scrum team to scope and estimate work, manage user stories, tasks, and bugs, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Documentation and Testing: Develop and maintain technical and test documentation, and assist with the development and running of unit tests, end-to-end flow tests, and cross-browser testing.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with at least 2+ years of experience leading a Salesforce team.
  • Skills: Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Lightning Component development, data migrations, integrating third-party applications with Salesforce, and designing custom applications within the Salesforce platform.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Platform Developer II (desired).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
