At Cognizant, we're looking for a talented Salesforce Lead Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements. You'll oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications to enhance functionality, guide the creation of intuitive and efficient user interfaces using SFDC Lightning, and manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between systems. You'll collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, develop and maintain user documentation for Salesforce solutions, conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. If you have 7+ years of experience in SFDC Configuration Development & Customization Lightning and Integration, strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation, we'd love to hear from you. As a hybrid position, you'll work 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON, with flexibility to work remotely.
