Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Application Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy large-scale Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Technical Architecture: Define and drive technological architecture and roadmaps using Salesforce products and best practices.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand current needs, identify desired process models, and develop solution architectures.
  • Team Management: Coach and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality, maintainability, and security.
  • Change Initiatives: Assist in planning for technical architecture-related activities and contribute to architectural project plans.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • 5+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Lightning Component, APEX, triggers, and Salesforce Integration.
  • Knowledge of Lightning Web Component and Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow.
  • Salesforce Developer I certification.
