Key Responsibilities
This role involves supporting the regional Client Solutions Specialist in various administrative tasks, including managing client accounts and maintaining current knowledge of client activity.
The successful candidate will also develop strong relationships with colleagues across all RBC platforms, request information and documentation from clients, and perform follow-up calls/e-mails with clients to record all activity in the contact management system.
- Support the regional CSS in general administrative duties in the management of all client accounts
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across all RBC platforms
- Request information and documentation from clients in order to transfer out accounts to other departments of RBC or other financial institutions
- Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and other applicable reports
- Monitor all pending transfers to ensure completion on a timely basis
- Liaise with back office contacts to investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts and account transactions
- Perform follow up calls/e-mails with clients and record all activity in the contact management system
