Job Title: Sports Program Supervisor

Young Park Martial Arts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising professional staff, program leaders, and instructors, as well as volunteer staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of program staff, including program leaders and instructors.
  • Prepare research papers, educational texts, and articles on sports-related topics.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate special events, such as tournaments and workshops.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring that they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sports management or education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a sports or recreation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Public transportation is available, and the work term is permanent.
