Job Title: Sports Program Supervisor

Young Park Martial Arts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Sports Program Supervisor will be responsible for supervising professional staff, program leaders, and instructors, as well as volunteer staff. This role will also involve preparing research papers, educational texts, and articles, performing administrative tasks, and coordinating special events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality sports programs.
  • Develop and implement program plans, including curriculum design and delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver educational materials, including research papers and articles.
  • Coordinate special events, such as tournaments and competitions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in sports or recreation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 30 hours per week. Public transportation is available.
