About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Supervisor to join our team at Young Park Martial Arts. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sports programs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, including program leaders and instructors, to ensure the smooth operation of our sports programs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing research papers, educational texts, and articles, to support the development of our programs.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate special events and activities to enhance the overall experience of our members.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Private club environment.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
