About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Supervisor to join our team at Young Park Martial Arts. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sports programs, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 staff members, including program leaders and instructors.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our sports programs.
  • Program Development
    • Develop and implement new sports programs and initiatives to meet the needs of our members.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our programs and services.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Special Events
    • Coordinate and execute special events, such as tournaments and workshops.
    • Work closely with our events team to ensure successful event execution.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sports management or education.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a sports or program management role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
Work Environment

Our sports programs are held at a private club, with public transportation available. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The work hours are 30 hours per week.
