About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Jump Enterprises Inc. as a Pastry Specialist. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and pastries that meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and pastries for our customers.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our bakery offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
