Security Supervisor

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, as well as training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Security Guard License
- Excellent oral communication
- Client focus
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Flexibility
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
