Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Stigg Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair Coordination

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.

Client Support

They will assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Emergency Response

In the event of an emergency, the Security Supervisor will be the point of contact, handling situations with professionalism and discretion.

Team Coordination

They will co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

The Security Supervisor will prepare and submit progress and other reports, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates.

Supply Chain Management

They will requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and effective use.

Staff Supervision

The Security Supervisor will supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as required.

Training and Development

They will train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Work Scheduling

The Security Supervisor will establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective time management.

Work Environment

They will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Language

English

Work Hours

32 to 40 hours per week
