Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and guests. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and guests.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that security personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Monitor and report on security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for clients and guests.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Security Guard License.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly is essential.
