Security Supervisor

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective support.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Directly supervise a team of 3-4 security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Certifications and Licenses:- Security Guard License, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, maintaining a high level of alertness and focus.
- Work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused, providing exceptional service and support to clients and guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent oral communication skills, clearly conveying information and ideas.
- Flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
