Culinary Lead

We are seeking a skilled and organized Culinary Lead to join our team at Drifters Motel & Restaurant. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities:- Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work 30 hours per week. The salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Organized, reliability, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
